Dr. Hardy is a preferred provider for the following insurance companies:

Ø PEHP (Public Employees Health Program)

Ø Blue Cross / Blue Shield

Typically the above insurances will pay for chiropractic and possible acupuncture.

The above insurance companies generally do not pay for the additonal services that we offer in our office
